Role Overview

A Project Manager will act as a key driver of venture building at ShardLab, leading the full business cycle from deal evaluation to closing, and defining new business hypotheses in collaboration with global C-level executives. You will take ownership of business ideation, validation, and execution, working closely with the Product team to translate hypotheses into MVPs and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire cycle of new business development — from opportunity evaluation and hypothesis formulation to deal structuring and closure.
• Partner with C-level executives at global startups and enterprises to define business challenges and derive solutions using Web3 technology stacks, focusing on both topline and bottom line improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product team to define MVPs, design experiments, and lead validation tests that confirm business viability.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure business alignment and execution success.
• Identify new market opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies that align with ShardLab’s venture-building roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience at high-performing organizations — depth and impact of experience matter more than company size.
• Proven track record of leading new business initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to measurable results, including stakeholder buy-in and executive alignment.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders (C-levels, partner organizations, product teams, etc.) from concept to execution.
