Key Responsibilities

• Business Opportunity Discovery & Product Strategy: Identify new business ideas based on market analysis and user research, and write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) ready for immediate engineering collaboration.
• AI-Native Product Building: Leverage cutting-edge AI development tools and workflows such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Antigravity to turn ideas into working apps and validate hypotheses.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align vision across development, design, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that satisfy both user needs and business objectives.
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the entire process from product planning to actual app launch within 3 months, driving tangible results.

Requirements

• AI-Native Building Capability (Vibe Coder): Hands-on experience building working software and completing deployment (Launch) using AI tools. (Results-oriented execution ability required, not just tool proficiency)
• Exceptional Language & Communication Skills: Fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to communicate logically and effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to formulate hypotheses through objective data analysis and collaborate closely with relevant teams to make optimal decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Ownership Experience: Experience leading the full product lifecycle with ownership in a PM, PO, or APM internship or equivalent project.
• Tools & Process Understanding: Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Linear, Figma, Vercel, etc.) and understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
• Technical Background: Strong familiarity with software development processes (web/app development, smart contracts, etc.).
• Global Competency: Work experience in Southeast Asia or fluency in regional languages (Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, etc.).
• Web3 Insight: Ability to quickly learn blockchain technology and Web3 market mechanisms and apply them to product strategy.
